Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN License with IV Certification in the State of Ohio.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Prior experience with PointClickCare is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
