Dialysis Technician

Job Summary:
Total Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing safe and comfortable dialysis treatment to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Measure and record patient statistics, observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- Work under the supervision of a registered nurse and collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and teammate satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive standing, sitting, and walking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
