Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of finished goods inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Prepare finished goods inventory for outgoing delivery, including reviewing incoming documentation, operating forklifts, and order-picking to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
  • Quality Control: Verify inventory and visually inspect pallets/shipments for quality, reporting and documenting any issues to the supervisor or team lead.
  • Packing and Shipping: Pack, seal, and label pallets for shipping as needed, using RF scanning equipment to document and verify counts of picked items.
  • Truck Loading and Unloading: Perform truck loading/unloading, following safety rules and guidelines, and JDE/scanning ticket procedures.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Participate in warehouse consolidation projects and maintain accurate inventory and a neat and orderly warehouse.
  • Sanitation and Compliance: Perform general warehouse sanitation in compliance with NFL, AIB, SQF, and FDA regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years forklift experience; forklift certification required.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills and math abilities required; ability to use PC and widely used software packages, including RF Smart, E-1, Share Point, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Physical Demands: Must be willing and able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs, work in a non-climate-controlled environment, and meet physical, environmental, and mental requirements outlined either with or without accommodation.
