**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Pilgrim's East Plant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Train and develop employees to achieve their full potential
* Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize departmental policies and procedures
* Manage employee performance and provide feedback
* Promote safety and quality throughout the work area
* Investigate areas for quality improvement and cost reduction

**Requirements:**

* 1+ years of supervisory experience
* Poultry or food industry experience
* Leadership skills with 20+ employees
* Effective communication and decision-making skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

**Education:**

* High School Diploma/GED
* College Degree in a related field preferred
