What will be the primary responsibilities? The individual will be engaged in Quality Assurance (QA) activities.

We are looking for a proactive, team-oriented, and meticulous professional to join our expanding team. This role centers on the architecture, development, and maintenance of software solutions within the organization. The Automated Testing Specialist will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Software Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business needs and comply with established technology and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure software solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Conduct both manual and automated testing for key initiatives, feature upgrades, and reported issues.
  • Engage in Scrum ceremonies to uphold quality standards in all team activities.
  • Translate business and product requirements into detailed functional test plans, test cases, and automation-ready scripts.
  • Create and execute manual and automated test scripts to validate various testing requirements.
  • Document and report test results and defects clearly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate, recreate, prioritize, and resolve issues.
  • Perform regression and retesting as necessary.
  • Work with DevOps teams to ensure the deployment process accommodates fully tested code.
  • Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks.
  • Assist various teams in troubleshooting and resolving application and environment issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A strong commitment to quality and innovation, coupled with a positive work ethic.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Over 3 years of experience in QA automation for enterprise applications.
  • Thorough understanding of software development principles and automation testing methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and executing test plans, strategies, schedules, and bug tracking.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience in testing all layers of web applications and conducting end-to-end testing.
  • Familiarity with automating web application/UI testing using tools like Selenium.
  • Experience in backend/API testing automation using tools such as Postman.
  • Knowledge of building integration tests with MSTest, NUnit, or similar frameworks is advantageous.
  • Experience in automating Angular applications or desktop applications is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
