Repair and Maintenance Specialist
FleetGenius, LLC is seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our fleet of steel containers. As a Repair and Maintenance Specialist, you will use your expertise in MIG welding to ensure our containers are in good condition. We offer a competitive salary range of $15.50 - $18.99 per hour, paid weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, pet insurance, health-care flexible spending account, voluntary and company-paid term life/AD&D insurance, 401(k) savings plan with company match after one year of service, team member discount, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days, voluntary short-term and long-term disability, and voluntary critical illness and accident insurance.

Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Repair and Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include completing welding repair of metal containers, assisting with preparation of containers for welding, painting, and delivery, assisting the lead fabricator when necessary, torch burning and plasma cutting, and operating forklifts. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in MIG welding, high school diploma, and own welding hood, 2-4 lb. hammer, tape measure, wire cutters, and screwdriver. Preferred qualifications include welding certification, AA degree in Welding Technology, and AWS/CWI Certification.
