Nursing Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Jobot. As a Behavioral Health RN, you will be working with children and adolescents, providing high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients with cognitive and behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Utilize data collection and analysis platforms to inform treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavioral health nursing.
- One year of post-education nursing experience preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with cognitive and/or behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and data collection/analyzing platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- 24 vacation days (increases with years of service).
