Job Title: Automotive Assistant & Service Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to manage the efficient operation of our repair shop, including scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, ordering parts, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs that meet customer expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Scheduling mechanics/technicians' work and managing shop operations
  • Ordering parts and maintaining inventory levels
  • Ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs
  • Communicating safety and mechanical issues to management
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Basic math and PC skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
