Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engineering solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead the design and development of Air Handling Units, including the creation of detailed designs, specifications, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the engineering process.
  • Apply advanced statistical analysis tools to inform design decisions and optimize product performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring the development of a high-performing team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET accredited) or related science.
  • 5+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, with a proven track record of managing projects and leading teams.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor, with experience in HVAC industry a plus.
  • Ability to commute to York, PA, or willingness to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of air handling unit design and application.
