Job Title: ERP (Netsuite) Administrator (Onsite)

This is an on-site position with the possibility of flexibility for hybrid work arrangements after a successful onboarding period. We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to enhance the internal usage, functionality, and user adoption of NetSuite within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current NetSuite setup and internal processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with various departments to customize NetSuite processes that align with business objectives and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure smooth implementation of new features or system enhancements across systems.
  • Provide technical support and track issues through resolution, escalating as necessary to 3rd party NetSuite consultants.
  • Ensure data integrity, perform data entry, and manage master data.
  • Lead or assist with NetSuite-related projects, including upgrades, process enhancements, and Salesforce modifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant NetSuite experience, ideally within a high-growth business.
  • Familiarity with Accounting/Finance (close process, inventory/COGS).
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and with little to no oversight.
Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
