We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team at Chelsea Jewish Lifecare's Kaplan Estates in Peabody, MA. As an integral part of our Assisted Living team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents through engaging recreational and social activities. As an Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This may include group social activities, such as music concerts, outings, and shopping trips, as well as individualized programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident. You will also assist with resident transfers and transportation using community vans, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents. A Therapeutic Recreation Certification is preferred, but not required.
