We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Deputy Juvenile Officer I - Youth Accountability Worker in the Delinquency Department.
About the Role:
This is a non-merit position, and recruitment will be handled by the Family Court of St. Louis County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with youth and families to develop and implement plans for accountability and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with court staff, social services, and community organizations to ensure effective case management.
- Provide support and guidance to youth and families to help them achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience working with youth and families in a social services or court setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
