About the Role:

This is a non-merit position, and recruitment will be handled by the Family Court of St. Louis County.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with youth and families to develop and implement plans for accountability and rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with court staff, social services, and community organizations to ensure effective case management.
  • Provide support and guidance to youth and families to help them achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with youth and families in a social services or court setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
