Job Description

Della Infotech, Inc. is seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in Brattleboro, VT.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LVN/LPN with a strong background in pediatrics and behavioral health to provide high-quality care to patients in our Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program.

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions.
  • Utilize the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care.
  • Provide clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience as an LPN/LVN required, but first-time travelers may be considered.
  • Must have pediatrics/child/adolescent psych experience listed in resume.
  • Psych/Behavioral Health experience must be listed on the resume.
  • Must be willing to float to other units and take charge RN shifts.
Additional Requirements:
  • RTO cannot exceed 7 days.
  • Psyche skills checklist (within the last year).
  • 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment.
  • Certifications - certifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain.
  • License - confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain (please include this in the profile).
  • COVID vaccination and booster - no longer required but please included in submission if vaccinated.
  • Driver's license or candidate's address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease).
Benefits:
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
