- Portfolio Monitoring: Regularly review existing loan portfolios to ensure high-quality asset management, maintaining up-to-date member files and documentation.
- Property Inspections: Conduct periodic inspections of properties within the loan portfolio to assess their condition and compliance.
- Collections Support: Assist in collection efforts, foreclosure processes, and the management of repossessed properties.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of five years of relevant lending experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of underwriting and the loan process from origination to closing is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of income property and construction lending.
- Expertise in business lending requirements and necessary documentation.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate appraisal techniques and title issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical and creative thinking with a focus on credit quality.
- Ability to build strong relationships and present a professional image.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and related applications.
