About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve manufacturability issues
  • Investigate non-conformances and develop corrective actions
  • Train others on inspection and testing techniques
  • Assist in formulating quality control policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in medical manufacturing engineering role
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and measurement methods
  • Knowledge of blueprints and precision measuring equipment
  • Statistical quality tools (capability studies, control charts)
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) desired

Estimated Salary: $58.00 - $73.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, and more.
