We are currently seeking a highly skilled Industrial Machinist to join our team in Monroe, WA.

Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team environment, ensuring quality control and maintaining equipment and materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and be proficient in operating precision measuring equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making offset adjustments, troubleshooting minor issues, interpreting blueprints, and actively participating in process improvement.
  • Setting up and maintaining work areas, ensuring compliance with ISO Quality Standards, and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Operating within a dynamic team environment, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment and materials.

Salary: $27.50 - $37.00 per hour

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1-year of experience in manufacturing and measuring tools.
  • The ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as required.
  • A working command of the English language with the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • A High School Diploma/GED or trade/technical certification.
  • Experience working in manufacturing with trade terminology and nomenclature.
  • Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring equipment.
