Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active membership in the Ohio State Bar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment or law firm, with expertise in contracts, employment law, intellectual property, real estate, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex legal challenges successfully.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
