We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring that our high standards of customer service and food quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Effectively manage and lead a team of employees to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Quality: Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
- Operations: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
- Training and Development: Coach, teach, and train employees on policies and procedures, and provide feedback and guidance to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and management.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
