About the Role:

As a Shift Leader at Carl's Jr., you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. You will be the face of our business, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train Crew Members to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Plan and implement daily operational routines and activities
Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs
Open and close the restaurant as needed

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Have a food handler's permit or obtain one within 30 days of starting
Possess basic math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
