Job Overview: The Warehouse Operations team is responsible for executing a combination of manual and automated tasks essential for the receipt, storage, and distribution of products. This includes receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and storing products. The team ensures the efficient flow of products from the point of receipt to shipment to various internal and external customers.

Our warehouse associates play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, ensuring that our customers receive the necessary products to support their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established processes for order fulfillment, including accurate picking, quality control checks, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Engage in cross-training across multiple warehouse functions and participate in projects as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment through housekeeping and inventory control tasks.
  • Demonstrate willingness to train and become certified in operating material handling equipment as needed. Equipment may include order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with technology, such as computers or point-of-sale systems, is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic proficiency in English is required, including reading and writing skills to process documents
