Clinical Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at a forward-thinking hospital. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tests, including chemical, microscopic, microbiological, blood bank, hematological, and serological testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures to ensure accurate and timely results
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest laboratory techniques and technologies
Requirements:
- California CLS License
- Previous leadership experience in a critical access hospital
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Competitive hourly rate starting at $47/hour and increasing to $55/hour (DOE)
