MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Ball Memorial Hospital. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures in a timely and efficient manner, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric.

• Prepare and operate equipment to record diagnostic images
• Position patients correctly to ensure accurate imaging
• Treat patients with care and respect
• Follow physician's instructions and maintain accurate records

• Basic Life Support certification required
• May require Advanced Life Support certification, if applicable
• Requires certification through one of the following: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
• May require license from Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH), if applicable
