We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Ball Memorial Hospital. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic procedures in a timely and efficient manner, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and operate equipment to record diagnostic images
- Position patients correctly to ensure accurate imaging
- Treat patients with care and respect
- Follow physician's instructions and maintain accurate records
- Basic Life Support certification required
- May require Advanced Life Support certification, if applicable
- Requires certification through one of the following: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
- May require license from Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH), if applicable
