We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as an Associate Professor. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and education.
Key Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic evaluation and treatment of patients with psychological disorders in a primary care setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to provide team-based care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Design and implement health promotion and disease prevention interventions, as well as support patient self-management skills.
- Supervise behavioral health trainees, including graduate students, psychology interns, post-doctoral fellows, and pre-licensure psychologists.
- Participate in quality improvement and practice transformation initiatives, workflow modification, and the identification and deployment of new efficiencies.
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
- Completion of an accredited postdoctoral program with sufficient clinical hours to be licensed as a clinical psychologist.
- Ability to obtain Colorado state licensure as a psychologist and credentialing through the University of Colorado Health system.
- Experience with integrated team-based care, particularly in a primary care setting, and expertise in motivational interviewing and evidence-based psychotherapies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clinic faculty and staff.
- A competitive salary range of $140,000 – 175,000.
