This challenging yet fulfilling position comes with a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, from private residences to hospitals, and develop your skills in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs and goals
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and update care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on managing chronic conditions and maintaining overall well-being
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

Essential Qualifications:
- Valid RN/LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Prior experience in home healthcare or a related setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
