We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines, to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and safe positioning.
- Administer contrast media and other medications as required for imaging procedures.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment.
- Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Training program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRC/ERT).
- Licensure with the Department of Public Health to practice Radiologic Technology in the state of Massachusetts.
- Registration or registration eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, for Radiography.
