About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Boyd Group. As a key member of our repair facility team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing administrative support to ensure seamless vehicle repair processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective communication with customers and insurance partners to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Administrative Support: Manage working relationships with customers and insurance companies, and provide administrative support to the repair facility team.
  • Repair Order Management: Prepare and manage repair orders, including quality control checklists, work orders, and parts lists.
  • Communication and Documentation: Record all communication with customers and insurance partners using our repair management system, and update records as necessary.
  • Rental Management: Confirm car rental information and update our rental management system accordingly.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as administration assistant.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
