  • Ensure development teams adhere to core agile principles, including collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and transparency.

  • Support and mentor the Product Owner, particularly in grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve the application of Scrum across the organization.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify project risks and challenges, aiding in the creation of mitigation and action plans.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile project management certification (PMI-ACP, SAFe).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong grasp of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, principles, and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and mentoring abilities.
  • Capability to comprehend technical issues at a high level.
  • In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from inception to deployment.
  • Experience with Agile performance metrics to foster accountability and continuous enhancement.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
