Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Department Leadership: Provide managerial direction and overall leadership to the Quality department, ensuring the successful execution of business strategy and the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, business, construction, procurement, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Experience: 7 years of relevant consulting experience, with a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • Skills: Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to filter and distill relevant information and convey business and technical concepts to a diverse client base and internal technical teams.
  • Knowledge: Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project or equivalent.
