Del Sol Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare delivery team, including physicians, to deliver quality healthcare
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
- Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- ACLS certification upon hire or within 60 days of hire
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Acute care experience
