  • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals requesting medical information.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in qualitative analysis or a related field.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
  • Experience working in a healthcare information environment or similar context.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations is required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
