Salary and Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $240,000-$300,000 per year, with a guaranteed first-year salary of $260,000. You'll also receive a sign-on bonus of $15,000. Our benefits package includes paid time off, health, vision, and 401(k) savings plan.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to provide high-quality clinical treatments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
  • Assuming excellent quality of care for all patients while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism

Requirements
