Overnight Residential Support Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Graveyard Residential Technician to join our team at Highwater Detox & Treatment Center. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing support and care to residents during overnight hours.
About the Job:
This is a part-time position working 2 days per week, with opportunities for advancement. You will be responsible for monitoring residents, administering medications, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor residents during overnight hours to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Administer medications and log observations and withdrawal scales.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
- Assist with the admitting process and orient new residents to our facilities and programs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- RADT or CNA certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
$18 - $20 per hour, with an additional hour of regular pay for graveyard shift work. Total compensation: $19 - $21 per hour.
