About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated Outside Service Operations Team Member to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Engage with members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and personalized experience.
- Maintain the practice facilities, including setup, daily operations, and teardown.
- Prepare and maintain golf cars for daily play, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
- Servicing member and guest clubs following each round, paying close attention to detail.
- Assist the Outside Services Manager throughout the day, supporting the smooth operation of the department.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the highest level of service.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
