Key Responsibilities as a Trimmer Trainee:

  • Engage in a comprehensive climbing skills training program.
  • Collaborate closely with team members.
  • Perform tree trimming, pruning, and line clearing tasks.
  • Climb trees for manual trimming and removal near utility lines.
  • Operate and maintain various tools and equipment safely.
  • Ensure a clean work environment by managing debris and applying necessary chemicals.

Qualifications:

  • At least six months of experience working in proximity to utility wires.
  • Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks.
  • Ability to operate equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to pursue required training and certifications.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
