Job SummaryThe Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop individualized care plans
- Implement care plans, including administering medications and treatments
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure
- AHA BLS certification
- 2+ years of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care or a related field
