Metal Fabrication Specialist

Aerotek is seeking skilled Metal Fabrication Specialists.

Compensation: $ /hour (overtime opportunities available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in MIG welding across 1-3G positions
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to ascertain the sequence and methods for assembling components
• Familiarity with welding and cutting tools such as bandsaws, plasma cutters, and punchers
• Skilled in trimming, filing, grinding, sanding, deburring, buffing, and smoothing surfaces using hand tools and portable power tools
• Capable of laying out and marking dimensions and reference lines on materials using knowledge of shop mathematics and layout techniques
• Willingness to work weekends as required

Work Environment: Indoor

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM
