  • Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families, adhering to hospital standards.
  • Function effectively in emergency situations, working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Assist with restrained patients, following established policies and procedures.
  • Perform decubitus care, as directed, to promote patient comfort and prevent pressure ulcers.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, tailored to the patient's condition and needs.
  • Use proper body mechanics, seeking assistance and utilizing equipment when necessary, to prevent injury and promote patient safety.
  • Perform delegated patient care procedures, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Obtain and label specimens, performing diagnostic tests as directed, to support patient care and diagnosis.
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Conduct telemetry and electrocardiograms, as directed, to support patient care and diagnosis.
  • Apply clinical knowledge to care for patients, based on diagnoses and unit assignments.
  • Perform related duties as required, ensuring seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
