We are in search of Licensed Architects to enhance our expanding Professional Design team. The ideal candidate should have 8-10+ years of relevant experience. Key Qualifications:
  • Hold a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture or 6-year Master of Architecture degree from an accredited institution.
  • 8-10+ years of professional experience.
  • Registered Architect is mandatory.
  • Proficient in essential software such as Revit and AutoCAD/MicroStation; Adobe Photoshop and BIM are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team, maintain a positive attitude, manage multiple tasks, and be self-driven to deliver high-quality results.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation at Pond is determined by various factors, including the scope and level of the position, geographic location, and the candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this Architect IV position is between $86,000 and $133,000.

Additional cash incentives may be included as part of the compensation package, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits depending on the position offered.
