As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience that exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve breakfast food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure a clean and organized breakfast area, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage spaces.
- Restock food and beverage items, maintain inventory levels, and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies, as well as stand for long periods.
