Home Care Marketing Role at Special Touch Home Care

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Home Care Marketer. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

About the Position

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and fostering relationships within the community. As a key representative of our organization, you will advocate for our mission and values while driving growth and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Marketing Plans: Generate leads and increase client referrals through effective marketing strategies.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong connections with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources.
  • Outreach and Community Engagement: Participate in networking events, health fairs, and community presentations to raise awareness of Special Touch Home Care.
  • Collaboration and Intake Process: Work closely with our community intake team to facilitate the intake process for new clients.
  • Education and Training: Provide informative sessions to healthcare professionals and community members on our services.
  • Marketing Metrics and Analysis: Track and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-Oriented and Self-Motivated: A passion for making a positive impact and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
