Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at H2 Health. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our pediatric patients, helping them to achieve their full potential and live healthy, active lives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for pediatric patients with a range of conditions, including developmental disabilities, autism, sensory processing disorder, and orthopedic conditions.
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities, to promote optimal physical function and mobility.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our patients and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric physical therapy, participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy, preferably with pediatric populations.
  • Eligible or active state license to practice physical therapy.
