Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' communication and swallowing skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals
  • Provide direct patient care in various settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, and Early Intervention
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA or CCC eligibility
  • Current state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
