About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread and pastries for our cafes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet the demands of our cafes
  • Ensure all products meet Panera Bread's quality standards
  • Represent our company values in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Perform other duties as needed, including stocking, preparation, and sanitation

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.) with flexibility to adjust as needed
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Age 18 or older
