Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our outpatient dialysis center.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct patient observations, measure and record vital signs, and set up hemodialysis machines
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers

- High school diploma or equivalent
