Job Overview

Lacoste Citadel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Assist in leading a store team to drive sales through training and coaching, exemplifying a sporting spirit and creating an outstanding service culture.
  • Selling: Lead by example to assist in achieving Lacoste's sales plans and profitability goals, utilizing reports and gathering data to identify sales trends.
  • Customer Service: Assist in creating an environment focused on the customer experience, ensuring team members are knowledgeable about the Lacoste lifestyle and embracing local community groups to generate PR opportunities.
  • Operations: Assist with opening and closing of store, ensuring Company standards are upheld in merchandising, visual presentations, housekeeping, and loss prevention.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least two years management experience in the apparel industry with a proven track record of successfully managing a team.
  • Tenacious desire to inspire others and lead a culture of customer service champions.
  • Expertise in store operations, training, interviewing, planning, organizational, and performance management skills.
  • Audacious attitude, sporting spirit, and innovative thinking to drive our brand forward.
