Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Patient Registration Specialist to join our team. This contract-to-hire role offers a consistent weekday schedule, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

In this key position, you will be responsible for accurately registering patients for appointments, procedures, and tests, verifying and updating patient information, including insurance verification, processing payments and collecting co-pays as needed, scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, answering patient inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support healthcare teams to maintain efficient patient flow.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in patient registration or healthcare administration is required.
  • Knowledge of insurance verification processes is essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment is required.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
