We are seeking an experienced Patient Registration Compliance Specialist to join our team at Live Urgent Care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. As a Patient Registration Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our patient registration processes, overseeing insurance verification, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and refine the patient registration process to ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information.
  • Verify insurance details with precision and address discrepancies to prevent payment delays and enhance the revenue cycle.
  • Conduct detailed audits to uphold high standards of data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop, create, and deliver comprehensive training and educational materials to elevate staff capabilities in registration and insurance verification.
  • Run daily reports and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve patient registration efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to support claims processing and resolve patient billing inquiries and concerns.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of front desk experience in a medical office, a deep understanding of patient registration and insurance verification tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
