Job Title: EMS Data Analysis Program Manager

Job Summary:

The EMS Data Analysis Program Manager will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support decision-making and optimize resource allocation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and the ability to work with large, complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide statistical and data analytics capability to the agency
  • Develop SQL queries and write SAS programs to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources
  • Develop complex reports for EMS initiatives such as STEMI, Cardiac Arrest, Stroke, and Managing For Results
  • Lead or assist with study design, collection and statistical analysis of data, and interpretation and dissemination of results

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
  • Five years of administrative staff or professional work
  • At least one year of experience with SQL Servers or relational databases
  • A minimum of one year of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience
  • One year of statistical analysis experience using tools such as R

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data warehouse design and management
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, for creating dynamic reports and dashboards that present complex information in an easy to understand format
  • Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data analysis
  • Experience in developing and maintaining automated data pipelines
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Benefits:
