We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakeside Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

What You'll Do:
  • Repair and maintain a variety of processing equipment located within the plant
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repair equipment to get ready for the next pack season
  • Supervise and train production staff to produce high-quality products
  • Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies, procedures, and training requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Prior experience with mechanical/automotive maintenance
  • Refrigeration/ammonia/HVAC experience is a plus, with willingness to provide training
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
  • Prior welding experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safety mindset
