At Schneider, we offer a unique opportunity for owner-operators to succeed in the trucking industry. Our all-in revenue choice lease allows you to select loads with a fixed rate, eliminating the need to calculate fuel and accessorials.

Key Benefits
  • Self-Dispatch: Pick your loads, home time, lanes, and revenue to suit your needs.
  • Haul Tanker Trailers: Operate under Schneider's authority and haul tanker trailers at no charge.
  • Hands-on Freight Handling: Load and unload freight, providing a hands-on experience.
  • Lease-On Incentive: Receive a $6,000 limited-time lease-on incentive.
Requirements
  • Commercial Driver's License: Possess a valid Class A CDL.
  • Endorsements: Have both a Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement.
  • Transportation Worker Identification Card: Obtain a TWIC within 90 days of lease start.
  • Tractor Requirements: Meet the following tractor requirements:
    • Truck(s) must be 2010 or newer.
    • Truck(s) need to pass a DOT inspection.
    • Engine(s) must meet EPA10 emissions requirements.
    • Truck(s) need a functioning Collision Mitigation System.
    • Truck(s) need to have a power take-off (PTO).

Lease-on incentive is not available to Schneider company drivers transferring to owner-operator requisitions.
